Demountable Concepts, Inc. is incorporated. The company started with an idea to build better delivery trucks, $50 in seed money, and two employees, Rustin Cassway and Frank Fisher. Their swap body trucks are still in use today.
1990
More Efficient Swap-Body Trucks
Demountable’s swap-body trucks gain traction in North America for improving the efficiency of delivery teams. A large building envelope company based in Philly asks Demountable Concepts to build them a glass truck. They loved it.
2003
Swap-Bodies Dominate Key Industries
Demountable Concepts rapidly outgrew their facility and acquires additional land for future expansion. Swap body delivery trucks became the gold standard in the furniture, building supply, wine and spirits, and snack food industries.
2006
Success Results in Increased Demand
Demountable moved into a brand new, custom built 50,000 sq/ft manufacturing building. The new facility has dedicated welding stations, a press brake, shear, CNC plasma cutter, overhead cranes, truck-sized paint booth, and plenty of yard space.
2007
MyGlassTruck Goes National
Since 1989 the company had built glass rack trucks for select clients. MyGlassTruck becomes a business, and their innovative equipment quickly dominates the industry to became North America’s glass delivery equipment leader.
2008
New Division Rises Above Recession
In 2007 the U.S. is struck by a recession and the demand for truck bodies and trailers declines. Companies are repairing equipment instead of purchasing new. Demountable starts DCI Fleet to provide repair and fabrication services.
2017
Continual Improvement Through EOS
Implementation of the EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) business management framework. It provides a structured approach to running a business through six key components: Vision, Data, People, Process, Issues, and Traction.
2020
A Win-Win-Win for U.S. Manufacturing
All three divisions experience substantial growth, and Demountable again starts to outgrow their facility. Additional land on the same street is purchased for expansion. Demountable now employs nearly 100 people.
2022
New Technology Expands Capabilities
Additional manufacturing equipment is added to meet growing demand, including a laser cutter, 2nd press brake, and robot welding. Demountable Implemented the Rootstock ERP system, built on the Salesforce platform.
2024
Truck Body Building is Brought In-House
Demountable starts Victory Truck Body to meet growing demand. Construction begins on an additional 65,000 sq/ft facility. The company’s four growing divisions now command a total of 115,000 sq/ft of manufacturing capacity.
2025
We Are Victory Truck Body
We’ve changed our corporate name to Victory Truck Body. It’s more customer friendly and better represents who we are. Our additional, modern 65,000 SF manufacturing facility is under construction.
